    1-UPLOAD-TO-PACKOLA/LIVE-Candy_GEN1_Packola-RSC-13x11x3.25_UPLOAD_on-template_p1-OUTSIDE_p2-INSIDE_v2.pdf

page 1 = outside, page 2 = inside, same page size, same position, same page order as the template.
Upload the two files exactly as supplied - they are already on the template; do not re-place or re-save them.

UPRINTING - Custom Tape - Water Activated, 2.75 in, full colour, logo repeat 12 in, horizontal ("follow file settings"),

    2-UPLOAD-TO-UPRINTING/LIVE-Candy_GEN1_UPrinting-tape_2.75x12in_PRINT_bleed.pdf (red tape)
The tape files are unchanged from 21 Sep.

HOW THE BOX FILES ARE BUILT (production notes)
  1. TEMPLATE. Packola's template is used untouched and unscaled: page 50.375 x 15.125 in including 0.25 in bleed on every side,
trim 49.875 x 14.625 in (TrimBox and BleedBox set). Its cut and crease lines are in the file on their own layer,
"Packola template - dieline (non-printing)", as spot colours Dieline_Cut (the template's purple cut line) and Dieline_Crease
(the template's red creases), overprint, with the layer's print state OFF. Panel widths as scored: glue tab 1.5, then
     13.0625 / 11.125 / 13.125 / 11.0625 in; depth band 3.5 in; every flap 5.5625 in; slots 0.25 in.
  2. ORIENTATION. A = back, B = left end, C = front, D = right end (as seen from the front); the glue tab on A is joined inside D
at the back-right corner (tab-in). Every panel and flap reads correctly on the assembled box - checked by folding the
file's own pages on the template's crease lines in 3D (3-PROOFS/*fold-check*): front, back and both ends upright; the top
reads from the front; each inside flap reads upright when it is opened out toward its own side; the floor reads from the
front; both bottom lockups read the same way (box tilted back on its back edge, front edge up).
  3. COLOUR. CMYK (DeviceCMYK), one image per page at 300 dpi at size, lossless Flate compression, no fonts (all type is part of
     the art), no RGB. Keyed builds: LIVE green 70/0/100/0, drip orange 0/65/100/0, candy red 0/95/100/0;
every black on the kraft outside 0/0/0/100 (K only - type, marks, dots, the botanical); inside flood
60/40/40/100. Other colours through a SWOP CMYK profile.
  4. WHITE INK. Spot colour "White" on each page, placed UNDER the artwork; the artwork is set to overprint, so it never knocks
the white out. Outside: white only under the coloured art (green, orange, red) - never under black, never on bare kraft
(held 0.17 mm inside every edge that meets bare kraft, run 0.17 mm under adjoining black). Inside: every white element
(type, marks) is white ink, and every colour and light tone has a white base; the black flood has none.
The White separation is also supplied on its own for reference (4-SUPPORT/white-ink-separations, black = white ink).
Without white ink the White spot prints nothing (no process equivalent) and the art prints straight on the kraft -
     3-PROOFS shows both results.
  5. BLEED. 0.25 in past every outer cut edge. In each 0.25 in slot between flaps the art runs 0.125 in past its own flap edge
(to the crease line) and stops, leaving 0.125 in clear of the next flap. Creases carry no bleed - the art runs across them.
  6. BARE BOARD. Outside: the glue tab, the four end flaps (top and bottom) and all areas without art are unprinted kraft.
Inside: printed edge to edge in the black flood, the tab included (with a tab-in joint the tab is the visible inner corner).
  7. TAPE GUIDES. The dotted lines are printed art (black dots 0.8 mm at 2.4 mm pitch), marking the edges of the 2.75 in tape path:
1.375 in either side of the top seam, down the centre of both end panels, 1.375 in from the free edge of both bottom flaps.
  8. FILE IDENTITY. Pages are labelled OUTSIDE / INSIDE in the PDF, and a slug line in the 0.25 in bleed at the left edge of each
page names the line, page and side (outside the cut line - trimmed off).
  9. VIEWERS. Checked in Chromium's own PDF viewer (Chrome / Brave / Edge), pdf.js (Firefox), PDFium and MuPDF: every page
     shows the complete artwork (02-QA-REPORT).

TAPE FILES
12.25 x 3.0 in page = 12 x 2.75 in trim + 1/8 in bleed all round (TrimBox set). Vector, CMYK, no fonts, no images.
Seamless 12 in repeat: flat ground edge to edge, marks inside the 1/8 in safe zone, the same spacing across the tile join as
inside the tile (the tile holds two identical 6 in units).

ARTWORK STATUS
Final. The LIVE letters, leaf and drop are the brand's own vectors (canna.live); the "candy" script and droplet are the brand's
lettering rebuilt as a clean vector from the printed sleeve (the brand holds no separate vector file - this is it; its fit to
the sleeve was measured at 99.2 %). The Regular botanical leaf is raster art at 300 dpi. Wording (GEN 5 / GEN 1,
5 SLEEVES - 500 x 1.0 ml CARTRIDGES, the strain and flavor lists) is the client's, approved on the comps. No statutory copy
or symbol belongs on this case (B2B shipper).
