What Rob sends to the factories. Both box files sit on Packola's own dieline for this order (page 1 outside, page 2 inside, 0.25 in bleed, CMYK, 300 dpi, white-ink plate alongside), and both tapes on UPrinting's water-activated tape template (2.75 in wide, 12 in tile, vector CMYK). Every zip is complete on its own: read-me, print spec, QA report, the vendor templates as supplied, and the files.

What the real templates changed (all applied, nothing else touched): the tape is 2.75 in, not 3 — the printed dotted guides now sit 1.375 in either side of the seams and the tape art is re-set at 2.75 in on a 12 in seamless tile; Packola's depth band is 3.5 in score-to-score (3.25 in inside + B-flute), so the 13 in and 11 in faces are 3.5 in tall with their text re-centred; the flaps are 5.5625 in and the four panels 13.0625 / 11.125 / 13.125 / 11.0625 in, so the top art and every flap is placed to those exact widths; on a real RSC the end flaps fold in first, so the visible floor is the two end flaps — the floor art (lockup + descriptor / the ten drops) now lives there, the long flaps underneath carry only the lattice or plain black; the end panel next to the glue joint keeps its text 40 mm clear of the tab; the "candy" script and droplet were rebuilt as a clean vector and checked against the sleeve photograph (99.2 % overlap).

Nothing open. The read-me carries production notes, not questions: page 1 outside / page 2 inside (labelled in the PDF and slugged in the bleed), glue tab in with the outside of the tab bare, white ink as an underprint under the coloured art outside and as the white elements inside (plates supplied). The candy script and droplet are the brand's lettering rebuilt as a clean vector from the printed sleeve — the brand has no separate vector file, so this is the artwork, and it is in the release. Wording is the client's as approved on the comps; no statutory copy belongs on a B2B case.

Rob's 19 Sep change — tape guides. A printed dotted line now marks each edge of the 3 in tape path on both lines: along the top seam, along the bottom seam and down both ends (black dots, 0.8 mm at 2.4 mm pitch, real ink). What changed from the mailer. A shipping box has no lid — two big flaps meet on a seam that runs along the 13 in length, two smaller flaps fold under, and the tape seals the seam and wraps down both 11 in ends. So the outside top is now two 13 × 4 in bands either side of the tape (the Regular leaf lies under the tape band; the Candy script sits on the front band), the long 13 in faces are clean of tape, and the inside "reveal" moved to the four flap insides — the front flap carries the hero (leaf / candy lockup), the back flap the 10 strains / flavors, the end flaps the mark. Every inside flap is set so it reads upright when it is folded out toward you.

Kraft + black + LIVE green. The top's back band is the Gen 5 leaf as a black-ink botanical, its lower leaflets running under the green tape; the front band carries the lockup, DISTILLATE, GEN 5 and the count. Inside: black, the leaf in colour with the lockup on the front flap, the 10 strains in their colours on the back flap.

Kraft + candy red + black, green only in LIVE. The top's front band is LIVE✱ candy at full width; the back band takes the stripe corner and the facts; the red tape carries the white script and the double candy stripe.
